At Geneva Watch Company, we stand behind the precision and craftsmanship of our timepieces. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange your watch within 30 days of delivery, provided it is in its original, unworn condition with all protective packaging intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place the timepiece in its original luxury presentation box, ensuring all warranty cards, manuals, and protective films are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid insured shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your shipping carton.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our master watchmakers verify the condition of the returned item, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
